Your documents and chat messages are encrypted at rest, depending on the workflow stage, using either 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard or another type of encryption.

Your documents and chat messages are treated as private and confidential. We may use anonymized and aggregated information derived from this content to improve our services. We do not use your original, non-anonymized data to train our models.

You retain full ownership of your documents and chat messages and provide us a license for execution of our services.

February AI presents proposed additions and removals in a change-by-change review. This makes it easier to see what wording was introduced, replaced, or removed before you use the revised document.

Yes. You can preview the contract in February AI and export it as a DOCX file for further review with a legal professional, formatting, and use in your existing signing process.

We are not a law firm or an authorised or regulated legal services provider, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”). The service does not provide, and must not be used to carry out, legal activities that require an appropriately authorised or regulated provider.

Strictly for business, commercial or professional use. The Service is available only for business, commercial or professional use on a self-help basis. It must not be used for personal, household or other non-business purposes. By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and not as a consumer.

The service must not be used for legal work that the law allows only authorised professionals to perform. This includes reserved legal activities in England and Wales and regulated immigration advice or services throughout the United Kingdom. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing or filing certain property documents. This may include documents that transfer ownership of land or buildings, create a mortgage or other legal charge, grant, transfer or end certain leases, or must be submitted to a land registry.

  Not every lease or rental agreement is prohibited. For example, some straightforward leases of no more than three years may be permitted where the lease starts immediately, is granted at a normal market rent and does not require an upfront premium. Whether a property document is prohibited depends on what the document does, whether it is intended to be signed as a deed and whether it must be registered. A contract for the sale or other transfer of land may also be prohibited even when it is not a deed.

• Preparing probate papers. This means preparing documents used to apply for or oppose a grant of probate or letters of administration. Providing general information about estates or helping with general estate administration is not automatically prohibited.

• Conducting litigation. The service must not be used to commence, pursue, defend or otherwise conduct court proceedings where this amounts to a reserved legal activity.

• Providing notarisation services. The service must not be used to perform notarial acts, certify or authenticate documents in the capacity of a notary, or provide any service that legally requires a qualified and authorised notary.

• Administering oaths. The service must not be used to administer oaths, take affidavits or statutory declarations, or carry out any related activity that must be performed by an authorised person.

• Providing regulated immigration advice or services. This may include advising another person about their immigration status or preparing, completing or submitting an immigration application for them where UK law requires the provider to be regulated or otherwise authorised.

The app’s user interface and drafting assistance are available in English. Drafting assistance may also work in other languages.

Credits represent usage inside February AI. The 7-day free trial includes 400 credits. The Pro plan includes 4,000 credits per monthly subscription period for $39.99 per month.

Exact credit use can vary by the work you ask the assistant to perform. The application should show your remaining balance while you work.

You can purchase add-ons in the app to increase your credit allowance.

Yes. You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time.

First, sign in to the app.

To cancel your trial or Pro subscription, including any add-ons:

• Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Portal.

  In the Billing Portal, you will be able to cancel your trial or subscription.

If you want to cancel add-on plans only, but not Pro subscription itself:

• Settings -> Billing

  Select cancellation of add-on plan(s).
