Junegust Products Ltd company and its February AI service (the "Service") does not provide a legal advice.

Strictly for business, commercial or professional use: The use of February AI must be limited to the customer’s internal business purposes through a self-service approach. It expressly prohibits domestic, personal, or non-commercial use, meaning use mainly outside your 'business, trade, or profession'. You expressly declare that you are accessing and using the Service in a strictly business, commercial, or professional capacity.

1. Company Status and No Legal Advice

1.1 Not a Law Firm: Junegust Products Ltd is a technology company and is not a law firm. We are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or any other legal regulatory body.

1.2 No Solicitor-Client Relationship: The provision of the Service does not, and is not intended to, create a solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship between you and the Company.

1.3 No Regulatory Protections: Because we are not a regulated legal practice, you do not have the regulatory protections typically afforded to clients of solicitors. Specifically, you have no right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman, no recourse to the Solicitors' Compensation Fund, and the Company is not mandated to carry legal Professional Indemnity Insurance.

1.4 No Legal Professional Privilege: Your communications with February AI, any data you input, and any outputs generated are not covered by legal professional privilege. Consequently, such information could be disclosable to third parties or in court proceedings.

2. Prohibited Activities and Reserved Legal Activities

2.1 General Prohibition: You must not use the Service for any purpose or activity that requires the advice or services of an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

2.2 Prohibition of Reserved Legal Activities: You must not use the Service to carry on any Reserved Legal Activity. “Reserved Legal Activity” means any activity that constitutes a reserved legal activity under the Legal Services Act 2007, as amended, re-enacted or replaced from time to time, as applicable in England and Wales. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reserved instrument activities: This includes the preparation of specific legal instruments, namely:
    • Preparing or filing certain property documents: This encompasses documents that transfer land/building ownership, create a mortgage or legal charge, grant, transfer, or end certain leases, or must be submitted to a land registry. A contract for the sale or transfer of land may also be prohibited even when not a deed. Exception: Straightforward leases of no more than three years may be permitted if they start immediately, are at normal market rent, and require no upfront premium and are not executed as a deed.
    • Instruments relating to court proceedings.
    • Other instruments relating to real or personal estate.
  • Preparing probate papers: This refers to documents used to apply for or oppose a grant of probate or letters of administration. Exception: General information about estates or general estate administration assistance is not automatically prohibited.
  • Conducting litigation: Commencing, pursuing, defending, or conducting court proceedings amounting to a reserved legal activity.
  • Providing notarisation services & administering oaths: Performing notarial acts, certifying or authenticating documents in the capacity of a notary, administering oaths, taking affidavits or statutory declarations, or any related activity requiring an authorised person.

2.3 Blanket Ban on Immigration Services: You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for the preparation of immigration documents, applications, or for the provision of any immigration advice.

3. Future Service Templates and Content

To the extent the Service provides any generic templates, clauses, or supporting guidance notes in the future ("Platform Content"), you acknowledge and agree that such Platform Content:

  • Is provided for general self-help and informational purposes only;
  • Does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, tailored legal advice;
  • Is never tailored, adapted, or applied to your specific factual circumstances; and
  • May not reflect the most current legal developments, statutes, or case law.

These conditions apply strictly to content provided by us and do not alter your sole responsibility regarding any text, documents, or templates you choose to upload to the Service.

4. AI Risks and Mandatory Legal Review

4.1 Inherent AI Risks: You acknowledge that the Service is powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is inherently experimental and prone to errors, which may include "hallucinations," producing inaccurate statements, or generating legally invalid, unenforceable, or conflicting text.

4.2 Mandatory Independent Legal Review: You must not rely on the output generated by the Service as a substitute for professional legal advice. As a material obligation of your use of the Service, you agree to have all final documents, contracts, and outputs generated by February AI reviewed and verified by an independent, appropriately qualified, and licensed legal professional prior to any reliance, use, or execution.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer or your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

5.2 Statutory Carve-Outs: Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable English law.

6. Changes to this Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by publishing the newly updated version of the Disclaimer directly on our site. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued access or use of the Service following the posting of the updated Disclaimer constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer.
